After you have successfully signed up and completed the payment, you will receive an email with:

Yes, our Service Discount Plan is flexible, so you can cancel at any time. Your refund will be the total amount paid minus the full, non-discounted price of any services and products you've already used. However, custom-made hairpieces cannot be resold; therefore, they will be charged at their full price and transferred to you.
